The San Leone Magno’s pirate adventure

The San Leone Magno’s presidency has chosen a very interesting way to increase the English level of the high school’s 1 and 2 class.

This idea consists in reading the Robert Louis Stevenson’s book :“Treasure Island” and, after have done a deepened  work of understanding the autor’s thought, the students will go to see a show wich represents the novel at the theatre Sala Umberto, in Rome.

The show’s autors asked to the students that will participate to do a work for a contest made by the exhibition’s autors.

The students will create a simbolic Treasure map and , here, they will depict what represent the most important treasure, and the worst obstacles in their whole life.

People that are very interested in learning English, can also join the theatre camp in Pavia, where, they will spend a week only speaking English with mother-language actors and having a lot of fun!
